In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find all circumstances of 58 year-old Ye. Khachatryan’s murder, the frame of those involved. One person was arrested.
 

On June 4 at 23:25 a call was received informing that an unconscious man was lying at the “auto market” of Sovetashen and some people attacked him.
 

The investigatory-operative group headed by the Head of Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts E. Sirakanyan left for the site immediately.
 

According to initial data, on June 4, 2016 at about 23:00 in front of 5/1 Nubarashen, Yerevan a group of persons struck Yeghishe Khachatryan on his vital organ –head, as well as on the chest and abdomen for numerous times inflicting injuries incompatible with life and escaped. According to the oral statement of the forensic expert made during the initial autopsy, Ye. Khachatryan’s death was caused by diffuse traumatic brain infection caused by open blunt brain injury.
 

On June 5, 2016 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code (murder by a group of persons). An investigatory group has been formed, an investigatory plan has been worked out, working hypotheses have been put forth and necessary investigatory and operative-searching measures are taken to verify them.
 

Forensic medical examination of the body was commissioned, the site was inspected and cameras, the victim’s mobile phone were confiscated. The manager, employees of vehicle repair station operating near the site, victim’s mother who was with her son during the incident – in the car driven by the latter, as well as passers-by who had come to help and other witnesses were interrogated.  
 

Clothes of several persons they were wearing during the incident were confiscated, samples were taken.
 

Forensic medical examinations, as well as forensic biological, trace and micro particle complex examination were commissioned to find circumstances significant for the case.
 

On June 5 one person was arrested on suspicion of being involved in murder. Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find the frame of those involved, to personalize the actions of each of them.
