Murder in Ararat; criminal case initiated
Necessary investigatory actions are conducted in Vedi Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of murder of the resident of Ararat region.
On September 6, 2017 at 22:30 a call was received informing that the body of the resident of Vosketap village of Ararat region with injuries was found in the yard of his house.
The investigatory-operative group immediately left for the site. In the yard of one of the houses of Vosketap village the body of the resident of the same house S. Tadevosyan, born in 1937, with traces of violence was found.
A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Vedi Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
Necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to find the circumstances of murder, the person having committed the alleged crime. Forensic medical examination of the body, forensic trace and forensic biological examinations were commissioned.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
