A criminal case was initiated in Charentsavan Investigative Division of Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code in the framework of which investigative and other procedural actions are conducted to find out circumstances of murder of 64 year-old resident of Charentsavan.

The call on the accident was received in Charentsavan Poilce Division on December 27, 2021 at 10:55 informing that 64 year-old woman’s bloody body was found in the apartment of one of the houses of the 3d district of Charentsavan town.

Through inspection of the scene conducted by the investigative-operative group the body of the resident of the mentioned apartment with cut wounds on the neck was found in the living-room of the mentioned apartment.

A number of investigative and other procedural actions were conducted, forensic medical examination was commissioned, samples were taken.

Necessary measures are taken to find out all circumstances of the case, to identify the person having committed the alleged crime and find him.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
