A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of RA Investigative Committee on murder of the resident of Yerevan, Vagharshak Asoyan. Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to reveal the murder.
 

On July 6, 2015 at about 13:00 the person having committed the apparent crime fired shots at Vagharshak Asoyan in front of the house 18/2, Erebuni 28 Street with a firearm kept by him illegally, inflicting him bodily damages incompatible with life.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Through the inspection of the site 10 capsules of 5.45 mm caliber, one ball of the same caliber and ball debris were found and confiscated.
 

Through the inspection of V. Asoyan’s body conducted in the medical center 7 firearm injuries were found on different parts of his body. Forensic medical, forensic traceological, forensic biological and forensic ballistic examinations were appointed.
 

Working hypotheses have been developed and investigation is conducted to check them. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive and complete examination of the case, as well as to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
