Investigative and other procedural actions are conducted within the criminal case initiated in Goris Investigative Division of Syunik Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code to find out circumstances of murder of 55 year-old resident of Goris.

The call on the accident was received on April 10, 2022 at 23:20 from “Goris” medical center informing that the resident of Goris, born in 1966, with a firearm injury on the chest, was taken to hospital dead.

Through inspection of the scene conducted during preliminary investigation of the criminal case capsules were found, forensic medical examination of the body was commissioned, a number of people were questioned.

Necessary measures are taken to identify the person having committed the alleged crime, to find and bring him to the investigative body.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
