Murder in Tsaghkadzor (photos)
Necessary measures are taken in Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to disclose the case of murder committed in Tsaghkadzor town.
The call on the accident was received on July 10, 2022 at 21:00 informing that the resident of Tsaghkadzor, born in 1974, with numerous firearm injuries, dead was taken to “Hrazdan” medical center.
Based on the report received from the medical center a criminal proceeding was initiated according to the Point 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 155 and the Part 1 of the Article 335 of RA Criminal Code.
In the result of urgent measures taken within the proceeding it was found out that the accident had taken place near one of the houses located in Mayisyan Street of Tsaghkadzor town. Through inspection of the body firearm injuries were found, through inspection of the scene fired cartridges and blood-like traces were found.
Necessary measures are taken to provide the objective and comprehensive investigation, to find out all circumstances of the case.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
