Investigative and procedural actions are conducted within the framework of the criminal proceeding initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 155 of RA Criminal Code to find out circumstances of 23 year-old young man’s murder.

The call on the mentioned accident was received on August 22, 2022 at 11:35 from the relevant police subdivision informing that 23 year-old young man’s burnt body was found in Vazashen settlement.

Through inspection of the scene the burnt body of the young man was found with 3 bodily injuries on the frontal part, 7 injuries on the back part, as well as injuries on other parts of his body. Samples were taken.

Forensic medical, forensic biological, forensic genetic and fire technical examinations have been commissioned.

Preliminary investigation is underway.
