In the result of necessary investigatory and other procedural actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on hooliganism by using weapon the person having committed the alleged crime was identified, he was involved as a suspect.

On July 23, 2018 a resident of Yerevan, born in 1991, with firearm injury was taken to “Erebuni Medical Center” CJSC.

In the result of measures taken within the criminal case initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts circumstances significant for the criminal case, including the motive of the quarrel were found out. The person having committed the alleged crime was identified, he turned himself to the investigative body and gave testimony, presented the shotgun of traumatic bullets which was the crime tool.

Let us remind that through inspection of the scene 3 capsules of 9 mm caliber were found. According to the expert’s initial examination the capsules are traumatic.

Forensic medical and forensic criminological examinations were commissioned.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
