Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on exploitation of three children with violence was completed in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.

Through preliminary investigation it was found that the resident of the village of Musaler of Armavir region, born in 2000, with the purpose of exploiting three minor children, who were from the same village, born in 2003, 2007 and 2008, in summer, 2016 took them to the neighboring area of “Zvartnots” airport under the pretext of having fun and demanded to beg money from the drivers of the cars in the parking lot of the airport. The children refused after which the 17 year-old boy used violence against them – he hit them and forced to beg and controlled them from a certain distance. Moreover, one of the children suffered from “Isolated epilepsy”.  

According to the evidence obtained through investigation the minor children begged from the drivers of the cars at the area of the airport and received banknotes and coins which were collected at one of them by the instruction of 17 year-old boy. Having begged for two hours the children approached the 17 year-old boy and gave him the money gathered by begging. The latter checked the children’s pockets to make sure that there was no money left at them after which he gave the children a small part from the money and managed the rest of it himself.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 17 year-old boy according to the Points 1 and 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 132.2 of RA Criminal Code.

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
