Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on hooliganism with violence committed by a group of people against the General Director of the “Property Assessment and Auction Center” SNCO of the RA State Property Management Committee and willful damage of the car owned by the SNCO was completed in the Division of Investigation of Grave Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

Through preliminary investigation of the criminal case it was found out that on April 2, 2020 at “Kaiser” supermarket located in Margaryan Street of Yerevan A.P., A.S. and A.Kh., showing obvious disrespect towards public, willfully roughly breaching the public order used violence against the General Director of the “Property Assessment and Auction Center” SNCO of the RA State Property Management Committee and damaged the car of «NISSAN SENTRA» make owned by the SNCO.

After the incident the friend of A.P.’s father learning that the General Director of the SNCO had submitted a report in the RA Police and his friend’s son was apprehended to the Police division within the criminal case initiated on the incident, in order to revenge he willfully damaged the same car of «NISSAN SENTRA» make owned by the “Property Assessment and Auction Center” SNCO of the RA State Property Management Committee and driven by the General Director of the SNCO.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against A.P., A.S. and A.Kh. according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 (hooliganism) and the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 (willful destruction or spoilage of property) of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
