Preliminary Investigation of Criminal Case Initiated on Inflicting Medium-Gravity Damage through Negligence Completed
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on inflicting medium-gravity damage through negligence was completed in Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against 25 year-old resident of Hrazdan town.
Through comprehensive, complete and objective investigation a number of circumstances of the case were found out.
Pursuant to factual data obtained during pretrial proceeding the resident of Hrazdan town, born in 1993, argued over selling fish with 46 year-old resident of the same town. During the argument the young man pushed the fellow citizen and the latter losing balance fell down sustaining damages of medium gravity.
On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 25 year-old young man according to the Part 1 of the Article 121 of RA Criminal Code.
Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
