In the result of urgent investigative and other procedural actions conducted in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances of carrying out false business activities, supporting the director of “Technical Center-Academy” CJSC of the RA Football Federation to squander money in particularly large amount and tax evasion in particularly large amount were found out.

Pursuant to data obtained through investigation, from 2014 to 2019 the director of “Technical Center-Academy” CJSC of the RA Football Federation reaching prior agreement with three directors of “Noralusin” LLC forged service agreements on holding educational-training meetings in “Zepyur” summer camp owned by “Noralusin” LLC,  providing food and other services for the students and trainers by “Noralusin” LLC. Then without factual provision of services envisaged by the agreement, fake tax bills on the alleged provision of the mentioned services were withdrawn by “Noralusin” LLC and under the payment order issued by “Technical Center-Academy” CJSC of the RA Football Federation the money in particularly large amount - 69.533.999 AMD entrusted to the director by “Technical Center-Academy” CJSC was transferred to the account of “Noralusin” LLC which was squandered by the latter with the help of the directors of “Noralusin” LLC. The false data entered in the tax accounts by the mentioned LLC were also included in the tax accounts of the CJSC. As a result, the company, in the person of the director, evaded taxes in particularly large amount - 20.480.266 AMD and in the result of false business activities carried out by the three directors of “Noralusin” LLC damage in particularly large amount - 20.480.266 AMD was caused to the state.

On the base of the sufficient evidence obtained through investigation charge was pressed against the director of “Technical Center-Academy” CJSC according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 179, the Part 2 of the Article 325 and the Part 2 of the Article 205 of RA Criminal Code. Charge was pressed against the two director of “Noralusin” LLC according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 38-179, the Part 2 of the Article 325 and the Part 3 of the Article 189 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation on the part of the two director of “Noralusin” LLC and the director of “Technical Center-Academy” CJSC of the RA Football Federation was completed and the criminal case with the motion to confirm the bill of indictment and send to court was sent to the prosecutor.

The other director of “Noralusin” LLC was involved as a defendant according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 38-179, the Part 2 of the Article 325 and the Part 3 of the Article 189 of RA Criminal Code. Search was declared against him and preliminary investigation on his part is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
