In the result of investigative operative-searching measures taken in the framework of the criminal case investigated in Kotayq Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee initiated on murder attempt against the resident of Proshyan village A. Tadevfosyan, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

On the base of the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation, on 07.03. 2015 a decision was made to involve RA citizen N. Avetisyan as a defendant for committing murder attempt against A. Tadevosyan and illegal procurement and carrying of weapon pursuant to the Part 1 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. On the same day imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him and search was declared.
 

It was earlier informed that on 3 March, 2015 at 14:05 a call was received from “Armenia” medical center informing that the resident of the village of Proshyan, Kotayq, 33 year-old A. Tadevosyan with firearm injury on his right leg turned to hospital for medical assistance.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Kotayq Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA investigative Committee.
