Shots fired towards 29 year-old man’s head
A criminal case was initiated in Gegharquniq Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of 29 year-old Hayk Hakobyan.
According to initial data, on January 7, 2017 at about 12:00 in the town of Gavar the person having committed the apparent crime fired shots towards the head and neck of Hayk Hakobyan, born in 1988, who was driving the car of “Audi-Q7” make with plate numbers 47 MM 777. H. Hakobyan died of injuries he had sustained.
A criminal case was initiated in Gegharquniq Regional Investigative Department according to the Parts 1 of the Article 104 and the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.
By the decision of the Head of RA IC Gegharquniq Regional Investigative Department an investigatory group was formed headed by Deputy Head of the department A. Manukyan. An investigatory plan has been worked out and necessary investigatory and operative-searching measures are taken to find all circumstances of the case, to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
Through inspection of the site 7 capsules and 2 bullets were found. Forensic medical examination of the body, forensic biological, forensic trace, forensic ballistic examinations were commissioned.
