Stabbing 22 Year-Old RF Citizen Disclosed
Within the criminal case investigated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee circumstances of stabbing 22 year-old RF citizen were found out. One person was arrested.
Pursuant to initial data, on March 8, 2019 at about 01:00 during the quarrel on domestic matters in a night club in Gyumri town the resident of Gyumri, born in 1990, stabbed 22 year-old RF citizen with a sharp cutting-piercing item.
A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
Forensic medical, forensic trace examinations were commissioned.
In the result of investigatory actions and operative-intelligence measures on March 11, 2019 at 16:00 the resident of Gyumri, born in 1990, turned himself to Kumayri Division of the Police. The latter was arrested.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
