Stabbing Committed in Kotayk Province Disclosed
In the result of investigatory actions conducted in Abovyan Investigative Division of Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee infliction of heavy bodily injury to 51 year-old man was disclosed.
Through the criminal case initiated in RA IC Abovyan Investigative Division of Kotayk Regional Investigative Department on infliction of heavy bodily injury it was found out that on May 6, 2019 at about 15:15 during the argument on domestic matters the young man, born in 2002, willfully stabbed the resident of Abovyan town, born in 1968, causing heavy damage to his health.
On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the young man, born in 2002, according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Handing him to parent’s control was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of circumstances of the case.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
