In the result of urgent investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances of inflicting bodily injuries with a cutting-piercing item to four persons were found, one person was arrested.

On November 26, 2017 at 02:30 a call was received from “Astghik” medical center informing that 4 persons – N. Petrosyan, born in 1993, with cut-pierced wound on the chest, H. Sargsyan, born in 1993, with cut-pierced wound on the left part of the chest, H. Martirosyan, born in 1992, with cut-pierced wound on left lumber region, A. Avagyan, born in 1993, with cut-pierced wound on the chest were taken to medical center.

In the result of measures taken in the framework of the criminal case it was found that the mentioned persons had sustained the bodily injuries during the same argument, the site was found. A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 and the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code. Four persons were found the injured party.

In the result of taken measures a number of circumstances of the case were found, actual data were obtained on the identity of the person having committed the alleged crime.

The latter turned himself to the investigative body and gave testimony. The suspect was arrested.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing, necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the case.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
