Two more persons arrested in the framework of the criminal case on murder committed in Shengavit
In the result of measures taken in the framework of the criminal case on murder committed in Shengavit administrative district on November 13 investigated in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee two more persons were arrested today on suspicion of willful murder.
It was earlier informed that on November 13, 2016 two persons – residents of Yerevan Gevorg Avetisyan and Mushegh Musheghyan died of firearm injuries they had sustained in the result of shots fired in one of the beauty salons operating in Shengavit administrative district, and one more person – Aram Petrosyan was inflicted a firearm injury on the right part of the chest. He is assessed to be in a grave condition.
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district according to the Part 1 of the Article 104, the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. By the instruction of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee from November 14 the preliminary investigation of the criminal case is ongoing in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
In the result of measures taken in the framework of the criminal case the owner of the beauty salon which is the crime site – P. Israyelyan and citizen R. Khachatryan today surrendered themselves. They were arrested by the investigative body on suspicion of murder. Using their procedural rights they refused to give testimony.
Let us remind that in the framework of the criminal case another person was arrested for concealing grave crime.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing, investigatory actions of great volume are conducted to find all circumstances, the frame of persons involved.
