In the result of investigatory and other procedural actions conducted within the criminal case investigated in the Division of Investigation of Grave Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that the user «Narek Sargsyan» of «Facebook» social network scolded several incidents that had happened in Armenia and those involved in them, uttered impudent and insulting expressions also threatening to use violence.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence on May 8, 2020 charge was pressed against Narek Sargsyan according to the Point 5 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 (hooliganism) of RA Criminal Code. The latter was detained.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
