Within the criminal case investigated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on intoxication of residents of Armavir town charge was pressed against 3 persons.

Through preliminary investigation of the criminal case investigated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department it was found out that a number of residents of Armavir town had acquired alcohol beverage of unknown origin which do not meet safety requirements from the resident of the same town Ashot Hovsepyan.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the latter according to the Part 2 of the Article 207 (manufacture and sale of fake wine, fake vodka or other fake alcohol beverages) of RA Criminal Code. Charge was pressed against two more persons according to the Part 2 of the Article 38-207 (supporting to manufacture and sale of fake wine, fake vodka or other fake alcohol beverages) of RA Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
