Payment Terminal Stolen from Medical Center

 

In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that on June 21, 2025 two persons illegally entered the medical center located in Lori region, took the payment terminal with 447 thousand 700 AMD in it and left the medical center. 

In the course of preliminary investigation public criminal prosecution was initiated against two persons according to the Points 1 and 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 253 of RA Criminal Code.

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against A.N., and search was declared against G.M. 

The criminal proceeding on A.N. with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
