Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on murder committed in the gas station operating in Vagharshapat community of Armavir region was completed in the Department for Investigation of Crimes against Humanity of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that K.B. and A.P., with the aim of clarifying the disagreements between them, met on March 22, 2025, at a gas station operating in the Vagharshapat community, where the conversation that took place turned into an argument.

During the argument K.B. fired in the direction of A.P. with a firearm kept by him illegally, killing him. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against K.B. according to the Part 1 of the Article 155 of RA Criminal Code. 

Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against him. 
The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
