Damage of 123 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Vayotts Dzor Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that refuel filling service company concealed the company's true turnover by entering distorted data into tax reports. 

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted during the preliminary investigation the damage caused to the state - 123 million 335 thousand 339 AMD has been recovered.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
