Damage of 11.9 Million AMD Caused to State by Company Engaged in Retail Sales of Building Materials Recovered

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that the company engaged in retail sales of building materials underdeclared its sales turnover in its unified tax calculations from February to October, 2024. As a result, damage in large amount was caused to the state. 

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted during the preliminary investigation, the damage in the amount of 11 million 947 thousand 301 AMD caused to the state, has been recovered. 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
