Persons who had Used Violence against M.H., former Deputy of NA, Identified
As a result of large-scale investigative and procedural actions conducted, as well as operative-intelligence measures taken jointly with the employees of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs within the framework of the criminal proceeding investigated in the Investigative Division for Investigation of Grave Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee circumstances of hooliganism committed in a group on December 8, 2025 in front of ½ Tsitsernakaberd Highway were found out.
Particularly, in the course of the preliminary investigation it was found out that the incident of violence against M.H. was planned in advance, measures were obtained for its implementation, among them vehicle and fake license plate. Subsequently, the persons having committed the alleged crime ambushed, chased M.H. and carried out their intention.
On the base of the obtained factual data, public criminal prosecution was initiated against H.H., S.Kh., H.H. according to the Point 5 of the Part 2 of the Article 171, the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 297 and the Part 2 of the Article 458 of RA Criminal Code, against G.P. according to the Point 5 of the Part 2 of the Article 46-171, the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 46-297 and the Part 2 of the Article 458 of RA Criminal Code, against A.B. according to the Point 5 of the Part 2 of the Article 46-171 and the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 46-297 of RA Criminal Code.
Decisions were made to arrest the mentioned people to be presented to court.
Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
