13 Million AMD Caused to State by Company Engaged in Automobile Sales Recovered

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA investigative Committee it was found out and grounded that several transactions carried out by a company engaged in automobile sales were not included in the unified tax calculations, thereby causing financial damage in large amount to the state. 

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions carried out in the course of the preliminary investigation, it was found out that the amount not calculated and not paid to the state budget by the company amounted to 13 million 404 thousand 500 AMD, which has been fully recovered.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
