As a result of large-scale investigative and procedural actions conducted in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found out that as a result of concealing the taxable object and entering distorted data in the tax calculations submitted to the tax authority by LLC with the intent of evading taxes, damage amounting to 182 million 532 thousand 894 AMD was caused to the state, of which 58 million 799 thousand 208 AMD was caused with the assistance of S.M. and G.E., employees of CJSC.

Besides, S.M. and G.E., with prior agreement, received bribe in total amount of 1 million 710 thousand AMD from G.G. and H.A., as well as abusing their official powers, caused damage in the amount of 61 million 52 thousand 356 AMD to the company. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation the damage in the amount of 182 million 532 thousand 894 AMD caused to the state has been fully recovered. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation public criminal prosecution was initiated against S.M. and G.E. according to the Points 1 and 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 46-290, the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 272, and the Points 2 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 277 of RA Criminal Code, against G.G. and H.A.-according to the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 273 of RA Criminal Code. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
