On the base of the report received from the National Security Service, on December 12, 2025 a criminal proceeding was initiated in the Department for Investigation of Cybercrime and High Technology Crime of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee on creating and leading a criminal organization, taking part in the criminal organization and committing theft in particularly large amount by means of computer.

As a result of large-scale operative-intelligence measures taken in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding by the officers of the NSS Yerevan City Department in the “call center” possessed by the organization, serving for the needs of the organization, as well as in the apartment of one of those working in the organization, over 80 thousand USD received in an apparent criminal way, golden jewelry, computers, data carriers, working mobile phones with camera sections closed due to technical interference, multiple virtual phone number lists, call scripts, various instant messaging correspondences with victims,  as well as passport photos and personal information of victims were found and confiscated.  

Digital reports on the amount of the thefts, tables of the organization's members' roles, as well as passwords, accounts, and transfer details of hundreds of crypto currency wallets were confiscated.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing to identify the leaders and members of the criminal organization, to give criminal-legal assessment to their committals.
