In the result of large-scale and urgent procedural and evidentiary actions conducted within the framework of the criminal proceeding investigated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, circumstances of theft by using violence committed by spouses were found out. 

Particularly, on May 18, 2025 the spouses visited the residence of their acquaintance and entered the apartment by cheating.After it Ye.N. grabbed M.A. by the neck and required to keep silence, meanwhile also letting his wife A.H. inside. 

Then the spouses, complementing each other’s actions, used violence against M.A. and required 280 thousand AMD, however being refused they took the key of the victim’s car worth 2 million AMD and left. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against the spouses according to the Point 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 252 of RA Criminal Code. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
