In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on April 6, 2026 in Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee factual data were obtained on the allegation that with the intent to conceal taxes, the company director, with the intent of concealing taxes, during the period from 2020 to 2025, in relation to 56 employees working as glassmakers, laborers, packers, and operators of melting furnaces and annealing lines, entered clearly distorted data into the documentation. While each of these employees in fact received a monthly salary of 90,000–180,000 AMD, the documents falsely indicated that they received only 50,000–70,000 AMD per month.

During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding the damage in the amount of 11 million 222 thousand 728 AMD caused to the state has been recovered.
