Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on hooliganism committed by M.M. was completed in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

In the course of the preliminary investigation it was found out that on March 27, 2026 at 1/1 Demirchyan Street, Yerevan M.M. committed hooligan actions, particularly showing a blatant disrespect for society and a blatant disregard for moral norms, he used profanity and obscene expressions. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against M.M. according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 297 of RA Criminal Code. 

Administrative supervision and absence ban was applied as a pretrial measure against him. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
