In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that on May 9, 2026, with the intent to commit hooliganism on his Facebook page, A.O., using information technologies, motivated by the political views of 61 year-old H.M., and the latter’s support for the “Civil Contract” party, published a video containing obscene expressions along with H.M.’s photograph, thereby demonstrating blatant disrespect towards moral norms.  

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against A.O. according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 297 of RA Criminal Code.

Home detention was applied as a pretrial measure against him.
