One Person Detained for Illegal Turnover of more than 13 kg of Narcotic Drugs: Preliminary Investigation with respect to him Completed
As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in the Division for Investigation of Grave Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, circumstances of cases of attempt to sell narcotic drugs in particularly large amount, as well as procuring particularly large amount of narcotic drugs with the purpose to sell - 16.98 grams of “a-PVP” type and 13 kg of “Marijuana” type (with a total cost of 700 thousand USD) and keeping them in various places, committed by J.K. were found out.
Public criminal prosecution was initiated against J.K. according to the Point 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 44-393 and the Point 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 393 of RA Criminal Code.
Detention was applied as a pretrial measure against him.
The criminal proceeding with respect to J.K. with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
