56 Year-Old Resident of Aknalich Arrested on Suspicion of Stabbing Fellow-Villager
On May 26, 2020 at about 22:10 during the argument that took place in front of a house on Azatamartikner Street of Aknalich village of Armavir province 56 year-old resident of the same village willfully stabbed 29 year-old fellow-villager on his abdomen inflicting cut-pierced injury.
A criminal case was initiated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 (willful infliction of heavy bodily damage) of RA Criminal Code.
Inspection of the scene was conducted during which the crime tool – the knife was found.
Forensic medical, forensic trace, forensic criminological examinations were commissioned.
In the result of investigatory actions 56 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stabbing the fellow-villager.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
