A criminal case initiated on inflicting heavy bodily damage to director of hospital N 3 of Gyumri
A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on infliction of heavy bodily damage to director of hospital N 3 of Gyumri Artush Asatryan.
On March 25, 2016 at 8:30 a call was received from the resident of Gyumri informing that two persons had attacked her husband Artush Asatryan (director of hospital N 3 of Gyumri) and beaten him.
The investigatory-operative group immediately left for the site. According to initial data, on March 25, 2016 at about 8:20, A. Asatryan went out of the house into the yard. A few minutes later his wife heard a loud noise and coming out she saw her husband lying on the ground and two masked man hitting him with bludgeons. Seeing the woman the masked men escaped.
A. Asatryan was taken to hospital with “smashed wounds on the head and cut-pierced penetrating injury on the left part of the chest”.
A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
An investigatory group has been formed and necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to find all the circumstances of the case, to identify the persons having committed the apparent crime.
