Dear Argishti Kyaramyan,

Let me congratulate You and the whole staff of the RA Investigative Committee on the day of professional holiday.

Being the premise of the protection and restoration of justice in this hard period for us, the Investigative Committee ensures the protection of our people and state, the human right and freedom through its daily tireless and painstaking work. The reforms carried out in the system under your leadership increase the authority of the Investigative Committee, at the same time raising the threshold of responsibility.

I cannot but mention the responsibility and unity which was shown by the RA Investigative Committee during 44 days of war and the period following it, hence I appreciate highly the close cooperation between the Investigative Committees of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, especially in this hard and critical period when there are numerous problems and challenges, when our country needs a consistent shoulder and joint efforts.

It is known that the war brought particular cruelty with it and the structure under Your leadership implemented the legislative functions of giving legal assessment to each separated case of recording consequences of the war with all responsibility.

On the occasion of this day I would like to express my deep gratitude to the RA Investigative Committee in the person of Mr. Kyaramyan for joint fight for Armenia and Artsakh and getting over the created situation with honor. I am sure that the unity will help us achieve noble national goals.
