In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee narcotic drugs of “Cocaine” and “Methadon” type in large amount was found. The defendant was detained.
 

In the framework of the criminal case initiated on illegal turnover of drugs in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts drugs of “Cocaine” and “Methadone” type were found.
 

Through search conducted in the suspect’s apartment, in the order defined by law, used syringes, 13 parcels with “Valerian” written on them which contained different masses were found.  
 

According to the expert’s conclusion narcotic drugs of “Cocaine” and “Methadone” type in large amount were found in the mentioned parcels given to expertise.
 

On the base of the evidence obtained in the framework of the criminal case charge was pressed against A. Qoloyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 268 and the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 268 of RA Criminal Code.
 

The investigator submitted a motion to court to use detention as a pretrial measure against him. The motion was sufficed.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
 

Necessary investigatory and operative-searching measures are taken to find the source of acquisition of the drugs.
