The results of the work carried out in the direction of the damage caused to the state, communities, legal entities and natural persons found within the framework of the completed, as well as current criminal proceedings during the first nine months of 2024, and recovery of the damage in the course of investigation has been summed up in the RA Investigative Committee.

According to it, during 9 months the total amount of the damage, found within only completed criminal cases, is 39.210.300.000 AMD, 25.670.615.000 AMD of which is the damage caused to the state.

In the result of the work carried out, damage in total amount of 9.722.138.000 AMD has been recovered. Moreover, the mentioned index of the damage recovered within completed criminal proceedings is more by 2․366․046․000 AMD or 34․5%%, as compared with the same period of 2023.

Particularly, at the stage of preliminary investigation

9.206.315.000 AMD of the damage caused to the state,

31.422.000 AMD of the damage caused to the community,

236.035.000 AMD of the damage caused to legal entities,

248.366.000 AMD of the damage caused to natural persons has been recovered.

Besides, as of September 30, 2024, within the incomplete proceedings during the first nine months of this year another 24.725.582.000 AMD has been recovered, 24.515.239.000 AMD of which is from the damage caused to the state, 25.796.000 AMD is from the damage caused to the community.

Namely, in the first 9 months of 2024 a total of 34.447.720.000 AMD of the pecuniary damage, found within the completed and incomplete proceedings in the subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee, has been recovered, 33.721.554.000 AMD of which is the damage caused to the state.

The main part of the recovery has been provided within the criminal proceedings investigated on tax evasion.

In general, within the criminal proceedings investigated in the RA IC subdivisions in the first 9 months of 2024, almost as much damage caused to the state, communities, legal entities or natural persons, as in the whole 2023 (34 billion 756 million AMD) has been recovered.
