A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on 28 year-old man’s murder.
 

On March 18 at 23:45 a call was received from “Berd” medical center informing that Vrezh Matevosyan (born in 1978) with diagnosis of “agonal condition” and Gagik Chagharyan (born in 1988) with diagnosis of “clinical death” were taken to hospital.
 

The investigatory-operative group headed by the Head of Tavush Regional Investigative Department A. Mantashyan immediately left.  
 

In the result of conducted urgent actions the site was found where inspection was conducted and bloodlike traces were found.
 

According to initial data, cutting-piercing bodily injury had been inflicted to G. Chagharyan at the area of the heart which caused his death, V. Matevosyan had been inflicted heavy bodily injury at the area of his buttocks.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 and the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
 

An investigatory plan has been worked out, working hypotheses have been put forward and necessary investigatory and operative-searching measures are taken to verify them. Forensic medical examinations have been commissioned.
