Members
The Disciplinary Commission consists of 8 members. According to the Article 15 of RA Law “On RA Investigative Committee”, the Disciplinary Commission consists of one of the Deputies Chairman of the Investigative Committee, 3 investigators of the Investigative Committee and 4 representatives of the Government.
The Disciplinary Commission members are apointed for a term of 3 years. The Disciplinary Commission is headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee.
