12 grade pupil arrested on suspicion of inflicting a minor heavy bodily damage

On 29 January, 2015 at 11:30 a report was received from Central military hospital informing that the resident of Yerevan, S. Martirosyan born in 1997 with cut-pierced penetrating wound on the left part of his chest was taken to hospital from school N 182 situated at the church “Saint Gregory the Illuminator”.

On the same day a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.

S. Martirosyan was found a victim.

The resident of Yerevan, 12^th grade pupil of school N 182 was arrested on suspicion of committing the crime.

In the framework of the investigation necessary investigative measures are taken to find all the circumstances of the case.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
