A criminal case initiated on desertion

A criminal case was initiated on deserting the military position by the contractor of unit N Andranik Grigoryan.
 

On 22.03.2015 at about 13:50 the contractor of unit N Andranik Grigoryan, leaving the weapon and ammunition in the military position, crossed the front line and found himself at the enemy’s area.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 2 of the Article 362 of RA Criminal Code (desertion by the serviceman on military duty). Preliminary investigation is being conducted.
