A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on intervention into the activities of the investigator in the framework of the criminal case initiated on embezzlement.
 

The investigation of the criminal case on embezzlement of money in large amount committed by the citizen H. Nersisyan from 2003 to 2013 when he was the director of “Ijevan Medical Center” CJSC, is conducted in Tavush Regional Investigative Department.
 

Considering that some documents and objects of probative value can be found in H. Nersisyan’s residence, the investigator submitted a motion to the court on conducting search in H. Nersisyan and his wife’s apartment and attached buildings with the purpose to provide objective, complete and comprehensive investigation of the case.
 

The motion was sufficed by the court and on June 9 the investigator took up search in the order defined by law. While conducting search in the apartment and attached buildings H. Nersisyan and a group of persons, who represented themselves as the latter’s relatives, entered the apartment and hindered the conduction of search in spite of the fact that they had been explained that the search was conducted by the decision of the court. The latters did not obey the legal demands of the investigator in the result of which it was impossible to conduct search.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department on intervention into the activities of the investigator with the purpose of hindrance to the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the criminal case initiated on embezzlement according to the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 of RA Criminal Code. It was separated as a separate proceeding.
 

Preliminary investigation is conducted.
