A criminal case was initiated in Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt against the executive director of “WUA” of Ashtarak, A. Khachatryan.
 

On June 15, 2015 at about 12:45, with the intend to kill in a way dangerous for the life of many people, the person having committed the apparent crime shot fires in the direction of “Mercedes”  which belonged to the resident of Ashtarak town, A. Khachatryan at N. Ashtaraketsi square of Ashtarak. However, under the unpredicted circumstances he did not manage to complete the crime and escaped.
 

Through the inspection of the scene traces like firearm damage were found on the upper corner of the front door of the car, lead masses were also found inside the car.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.
 

In the framework of the criminal case necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive and objective examination of circumstances of the case, as well as to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
