A criminal case was initiated in Malatia-Sebastia Investigative Division of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on willful spoilage of property of the operator of “Civilnet” Sargis Kharazyan. Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
 

Materials were received from police station in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district telling that from 20:30 September 29, 2016 to 08:10 September 30 the person having committed the apparent crime willfully broke the glasses of S. Kharazyan’s car “Mitsubishi Grandis” parked in the yard, damaged the four tires of the car.
 

Considering that the materials contain crime elements envisaged by RA Criminal Code a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code.
 

S. Kharazyan was found an injured party and was interrogated. An investigatory plan, working hypotheses have been worked out and necessary investigatory actions are conducted to verify the hypotheses, to find all circumstances of the case, to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
 

During preliminary investigation videos captured by the cameras available in the site were received and inspected. Forensic biological, forensic merchandising examinations were commissioned.
