A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of Evgeni Kachak, born in 1970.

On April 29, 2017 a man’s body with bodily injuries was found at the second section of “Shahumyan 2” cemetery of Silikyan district of Yerevan. In the result of investigatory actions conducted in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee the victim was identified, he was Russian by nationality, RA citizen Evgeni Kachak, born on 05.11.1970.

Necessary actions were conducted, forensic medical examinations were commissioned to find the circumstances of Ye. Kachak’s death. As a result, sufficient evidence were obtained on the allegation that Ye. Kachak’s death had been caused by violence used against him.

According to forensic medical examination data, combined closed blunt injuries were found on encephalic, chest, abdomen, lumbar regions of the body, many scratches were found on the head and face, diffuse hemorrhages were found in the soft issues of the head, in the brain and brain membranes, in the soft issues the back surfaces of the chest, lumbar regions, muscles, pancreas, kidneys, adrenal regions and in the result of their combination the latter developed shock, that is traumatic shock which resulted in cardiovascular insufficiency causing Ye. Kachak’s death.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on Evgeni Kachak’s murder according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. By the decision of the division head an investigatory group was formed, working hypotheses were worked out and necessary investigatory actions are conducted to verify them, relevant subdivisions of the police were given instructions.
