A criminal case was initiated in Kotayq Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of the resident of Nor Hachn, 46 year-old Vakhtang Margaryan.
 

On March 28, 2017 at about 13:00 a call was received informing that there was a man’s body in the car parked in Azatamartikneri Street of the village of Nor Geghi of Kotayq region.
 

The investigatory-operative group, headed by the Head of the RA IC Kotayq Regional Investigative Department Mher Vardanyan, immediately left for the site. Through inspection of the site a man’s body with two firearm injuries on the head was found in the car of “Hyundai Sonata” make parked in front of the house 46 of Azatamartikneri Street of Nor Geghi village of Kotayq region. The victim was identified; he is a resident of Nor Hachn, Vakhtang Margaryan born on 25.12.1970. Through inspection of the car two capsules of 7.62mm caliber and 1 ball were found.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to the Articles 104, 235 of RA Criminal Code, forensic medical, forensic trace, forensic ballistic and forensic biological examinations were commissioned.
 

Working hypotheses have been worked out and necessary investigatory and operative-searching measures have been conducted to verify them. As a result, a number of circumstances significant for the criminal case were found.
