Through preliminary investigation conducted in the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts initiated on inflicting heavy bodily damage to 36 year-old Nakhchvanyan a number of circumstances were found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

In the result of the investigatory and procedural actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case it was found that on April 5, 2015 at about 09:30 a row erupted between Armen Nakhchvanyan and another citizen on parking the car in front of the shops situated in front of the house 6, Hasratyan Str., Yerevan during which the latter stabbed A. Nakhchvanyan.
 

Through preliminary investigation the citizen was identified and on 10.04.2015 a decision was made to involve him as a defendant according to the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him and search was declared.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to find the person under persecution.
