In the result of measures taken in the framework of the criminal case investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee the minor wanted on charges of stabbing two persons in the play-hall in Vanadzor was found.
 

It was earlier informed that on June 8, 2016 a call was received from “Vanadzor Medical Center” CJSC informing that the resident of Tumanyan community, Lori region Arshak Poghosyan, born in 1997, and the resident of Vanadzor Meruzhan Yeghinyan, born in 1994, with “cut-pierced penetrating wounds on the abdomen” were taken to medical center.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. In the result of necessary investigatory actions of great volume a number of circumstances significant for the criminal case, the motive were found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

According to preliminary investigation data, on the day of the incident – on June 8, 2016 the injured were in one of the play-halls of Vanadzor where a row erupted on hitting with a tennis ball and not apologizing for it. According to actual data obtained through investigation, during the mentioned argument the minor resident of Vanadzor stabbed Arshak Poghosyan twice and Meruzhan Yeghinyan once with a cutting-piercing item inflicting them heavy damage dangerous for life and escaped.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence on June 14, 2016 the investigator made a decision to involve the minor as a defendant and on the same day search was declared against him. The latter was found by law enforcement officials of Linear Division of RF Ministry of Internal Affairs at the airport of Stavropol and was transported to Armenia. On November 25 charge was pressed against the minor by the investigator of Lori Regional Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
