Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on squandering and forgery committed by senior operator of “Haypost” CJSC was completed in Tumanyan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against the latter.

Pursuant to data obtained through investigation, the woman, born in 1954, working in postal section of “Haypost” CJSC as a senior operator from 2015 to July, 2019, abusing her official position in the list of pension payment signed for the name of a resident of Alaverdi who did not live in his residence and through squandering swindled the money in significant amount -  91.146 AMD transferred in the name of the mentioned resident and entrusted to her and used it for her personal needs.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the employee of “Haypost” CJSC according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 and the Part 1 of the Article 325 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against her. The damage caused to the state by the latter was recovered.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
